1. Who we are
BridgeMail is operated by A2Z Ship Stores ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data we process, why, and your choices. Contact: anwar@a2zshipstores.com.
2. Data we process
When you connect a mailbox, we process the email content, headers, and attachments in that mailbox to provide the Service — including message text, sender and recipient addresses, and documents such as purchase orders and invoices. We also process account details you provide (name, email, organization) and standard technical logs.
3. Why we process it
We process your data to run the Service you asked for: classifying email, extracting document data, building contact records, and assisting with replies. We process on your instruction and to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.
4. AI processing
To classify email and read attachments, content may be sent to third-party AI providers acting as our processors. We send only what is needed for the task and configure providers for zero data retention where that option is available. We do not permit your content to be used to train third-party models.
5. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on infrastructure we control, isolated per tenant. Access is restricted and mailbox credentials are encrypted. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, though no system is perfectly secure.
6. Sharing
We share data only with service providers (hosting, AI processing, email delivery) under contract, and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf and under our instruction.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can disconnect a mailbox or close your account at any time; on request we will delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, email anwar@a2zshipstores.com.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
