1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BridgeMail (the "Service"), operated by A2Z Ship Stores ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
BridgeMail connects to mailboxes you authorize and classifies email, extracts data from attachments, builds contact records, and assists with replies. The Service reads from your connected mailboxes with your permission and does not send email on your behalf without your action or a rule you have configured.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accounts and mailbox credentials you connect, for activity under your account, and for keeping access secure. You must have the authority to connect any mailbox you link and to process the data it contains.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security or access other tenants’ data, no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, and no use that violates the rights of third parties or the terms of your email provider.
5. Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your email and business data. We process it to provide the Service, on your instruction, and as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. During early access, functionality and pricing may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect a paid plan.
7. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed at sign-up or in your order. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Early-access pricing is set per agreement and may differ from any published tiers.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your mailboxes at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy and as required by law.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
